How to get to Zhangjiajie
You can travel directly to the Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport from Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Changsha, Kunming, and Shenzhen. Many other vital cities also offer direct flights to the airport. Most of the flights land in the evening in Zhangjiajie. If a direct flight is not available, you can almost always find a connecting flight.

It is a typical karst cave with a total area of 100,000 square meters (120,000 square yards), a total length of 7,640 meters (8355 yards) with a maximum vertical height of 140 meters (150 yards).

Bailong Elevator is very fast with a speed of 3 meters per second (10 feet/s), which can finish the height within 1 minute and 58 seconds. Three elevators run side by side, and one elevator can bear up to 50 persons.
