Deposit & Final Payment
To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit of the total tour cost is required.
Your reservation will be secured once the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is typically paid before arrival or prior to the start of your trip, depending on your itinerary and chosen payment method.

For bookings made less than 20 days before arrival, we recommend using PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay to avoid delays from international transfers.

We accept payments in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer.
- International transfers typically take 3–5 working days to arrive
- Domestic transfers in China (CNY) are usually received within 1 working day or immediately

Important Notes for Wire Transfer
- Please email a copy of the transfer receipt to your travel advisor after payment
- Each account accepts only its specified currency (USD / EUR / CNY)
- International transfers may involve intermediary bank fees (typically USD 5–50), depending on the banks involved
- Once payment is received, we will confirm and update your tour balance
- For international transfers, the sender name must match one of the travelers on the booking. This is required by our bank, as we need to provide the tour contract for payment verification and currency conversion
PayPal
PayPal is a faster option for international payments.
- Processing fee: 4.5% (non-refundable, charged by PayPal)
