Welcome to Beijing, the vibrant capital of China and the starting point of this exciting 15-day China tour featuring 7 cities to explore. Renowned for its rich history and significant role in China's cultural and economic development, Beijing boasts countless iconic landmarks and scenic spots that reflect its ancient heritage.
Upon arrival, your local driver will warmly welcome you at the airport and assist with your transfer to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to unwind or explore the city at your own pace.
Today, begin your journey at Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest public square, and the gateway to the Forbidden City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former residence of 24 emperors during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Explore this vast imperial palace complex, learning about its intricate architecture and historical significance.

In the afternoon, you will be dropped off at Beijing Train Station to board a high-speed train to Xi'an. The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours, allowing you to relax and enjoy the diverse landscapes of China on the way to Xi'an. Upon arrival in Xi'an, you will be greeted by your local driver and transferred to your hotel in downtown Xi'an for check-in.
The Terracotta Warriors and Horses is a must-see attraction in China, often referred to as the eighth wonder of the world. After breakfast, take a short 30-minute drive to the Terracotta Warriors site, located northeast of Xi'an. This incredible form of funerary art was created for Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of China, and buried with him to protect his mausoleum and assist him in the afterlife. Explore the three pits containing thousands of life-sized clay warriors and horses, each with unique details, arranged in battle formations.
In the afternoon, return to downtown Xi'an and visit the Xi'an City Wall, the largest and best-preserved city wall in China. Originally built in 1370 during the Ming Dynasty, the wall stands 12 m (40 ft) high and up to 18 m (60 ft) thick at its base, encircling the old city with a total length of 14 km (9 mi).
