What should I pack when traveling in Tibet?

Things that need to be on your packing list include:

  • A large packbag and a small bag.that can be used for daily activities.
  • Down garments (those with hats will better), woolen sweaters, warm gloves, wind-proof shoes and socks.
  • Sunglasses, sun hat and suntan lotion etc. Ladies should take the high SPF sun-cream.
