- Discover Chengdu’s rich cultural heritage at Wuhou Shrine, then stroll along Jinli Ancient Street, filled with traditional teahouses, local snacks, and handicraft shops.

In the morning around 8:00am you will be picked up to visit the Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center, where you’ll get to see adorable giant pandas during their most active time—morning feeding. Stroll through the peaceful bamboo-filled park, watch the pandas munch on bamboo, and stop by the Panda Story Cinema to learn about their lives and conservation.
After your panda encounter, head back into the city and have lunch at a local restaurant, then discover Chengdu’s cultural treasures. Visit Wuhou Shrine, a beautifully preserved temple dedicated to Zhuge Liang, a beloved figure from the Three Kingdoms era. Continue on to nearby Jinli Ancient Street, where traditional-style buildings house teahouses, snack stalls, and shops full of local crafts.
Cap off the afternoon with a visit to People’s Park—a favorite hangout spot for locals. Take a walk, watch couples practicing dance, or relax in a teahouse with a cup of jasmine tea as you soak in Chengdu’s slow-paced lifestyle.
