At WindhorseTour we love what we do, we don’t hide it, shy away from it, we just love helping our clients experience China!

While clients leave us reviews on TripAdvisor all the time. Every so often we receive a personal email from your, our clients. This is one of those private China tour reviews from Hong Looi from Malaysia.

She and her group of 16 made a 9 day trip to  Yunnan for Dongchuan red land, Yuanmou Earth Forest, Yuanyang rice terrace, and the Jianshui area.

Her group started their journey on January 9th, 2018 and hope you enjoy the read.

Dear Harley,

I like to personally commend Yuki and again, extend my appreciation to her for her dedication, professionalism, initiative, pro-activeness, great assistance and being very responsible. She is very patient and focused despite being in the challenging and frustrating situation.

She is such an amazing, calm and attentive person ensuring she covered all aspects. She definitely had created such a positive image and increased the professional reputation of your organization.

I would also like to draw your attention to my recent trip advisor's review which I shared my heart to commend Yuki and the driver, Mr. Lee for the great assistance.

Each time I shared this unfortunate incident to my friends and acquaintances, I would also end with a positive recommendation of your organization. If they were going China, they would be considering Yuki of White Horse. I assured them that she will take good care of them and give them very reasonable pricing. So, Yuki is definitely a great asset to keep in your organization. Hope you will reward her for her dedication to your organization, her hard work to increase customers’ satisfaction and bring in more businesses to your organization.

I thank God, Lord Jesus for the miracle that I could go back with my group. Yuki, Mr. Lee and all the different people that I met were instruments of God to make this miracle come true.

Thanks & Regards,

Hong Looi
