Payment Guide

Payment can be made by Western Union, Wire Transfer, PayPal On-line and Credit Cards (authorization letter by fax).
 

Important note: Regarding the exchange rate we provide is in Chinese currency - RMB/ CNY, the equivalent quote in USD is based on current exchange rate between the RMB and the USD.  The quote we provide in USD is subject to slight change due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate, though our quote in RMB will remain the same.

1. Western Union (http://www.westernunion.com/)
   Western Union is the fastest way to pay us. We can get your money in a couple of minutes after you send the money. So it is an ideal way for the late bookings.

   If there is Western Union Service in the area where you live, you can choose to send us deposit through Western Union. The information for Western Union Transfer is as below:

   Please Note:
   

   1. ​Once you send us the money, please tell us the the sender's full name (first name and last name), exact amount, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number which is provided by Western Union.

       

2. Wire Transfer (Bank of China)
   Generally speaking, Bank transfer's advantage is that its transfer charge is less than Paypal or Credit card, but it can take a longer time. Usually it takes about 3 - 5 working days for the remittance to reach us. So we do not accept wire transfer payment if you confirm the booking and pay us less than 20 days prior to your arrival date.

   Please Note:
   

   1. Once you send the money, please send us the bank receipt copy by email or fax to (86)-28-86254710, in order that we can comfirm your payment on time.
   2. When you transfer money from overseas, please DO NOT pay in RMB / CNY. Our bank account accepts foreign currencies. 
   3. For international remittances, your payment will typically be processed by (3) banks. A) Your local bank -> B) Intermediary bank / Third party bank -> C) WindhorseTour's account at Bank of China.
   4. On select transfers the intermediary bank's will charge an extra processing fee that can range from 5 to 35 USD. WindhorseTour has no way to estimate what this fee maybe as we cannot control which banks are used.
   5. Once your payment is received we will confirm receipt with an updated tour balance showing the exact amont of received funds as a credit.

       

3. PayPal On-line (http://www.paypal.com )
   WindhorseTour supports online secure payment provided by PayPal (Details of Paypal Security center). 

   Using PayPal secure online payment as following:

   Option 1. You can log in your PayPal account and pay to our PayPal account at payment [at] windhorsetour.com

   Option 2. We will send you a payment request from our PayPal account payment [at] windhorsetour.com), when you get that request, you can easily log in your PayPal account to make payment.

   Please Note:
   

   1. Our PayPal account is payment@windhorsetour.com, please make sure that all our email of payment should be came from this account.
   2. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you need to pay an extra 4% of the total cost as processing fee which is charged by PayPal. 
   3. Please inform your Travel Advisor by email after you make Paypal payment, in order that we can confirm your payment on time.

       

4. Pay Online by Credit Cards
   We an accept payment from most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card and JCB.
   When you confirm the bookings with us and want to choose to pay by your credit card, your Travel Advisor will send you a ' Credit Card Authorization Form' by email. You need to check the sum and fill out the required form, and send it back to us. At the same time, we need you scan the two sides of your credit card and send to us. 

   In order to keep your credit card information confidential, please send all related documents to: payment@windhorsetour.com, and you don't need to cc to your Travel Advisor.

   Please Note:
   

   1. An extra 4% of the total cost is charged by paypal to process the payment. 
   2. ​We will get this payment in 3 working days with our bank here, and we will confirm back to you by email with our receipt.
   3. As the bank needs a clear photocopy of the two sides of your credit card to complete the authorization process, we recommend you to scan the two sides of your credit card or use digital camera to take the photos, and email us the digital image files. Fax is also acceptable, however, it may cause delay or re-fax due to possible unclear images. If such circumstances occur, your understanding and cooperation would be needed and highly appreciated.
